It’s like a second job🙄

I consider myself to be a truly devoted sports fan and a die hard Philly sports fan. I do not miss an Eagles or Sixers game; yes I am a nut. I am completely devoted and caught up to sports news and this is how I stay up to date!

  1. Monday- Friday I watch ESPN First Take from 10-12. They cover every sport in detail and discuss the most intriguing topics.
  2. Follow ESPN, Bleacher Report, House of Highlights, NFL, NBA on Instagram and Twitter. This will keep you up to date throughout the day with news or highlights that you need to see.
  3. Watch televised games throughout the week. Football is on Monday, Thursday and Sunday. NBA there is a game everyday.
  4. Play fantasy. You’ll learn and keep up more with individual players.

Its like a second job staying up to date with everything in sports, but I wouldn’t want it any other way! Are you up for the challenge?

Easy Money

Want to make easy money and have fun while doing it? Fantasy Football is a very fun way to stay in touch with friends but can also be very stressful….here is the perfect way to draft a winning fantasy football team.

1)Draft two running backs as your first two picks, RBs are your main source of points in fantasy because they get the most touches so it’s crucial to get two solid RB

2)With next two picks select WRs

3) Draft a QB, I always select a QB with my fifth pick because usually a lot of them are still left on the board and a lot of people tend to draft TE after RB and WR.

4) TE may be tricky if you take a QB fifth because a lot of the top guys will be gone but always a sleeper in the mix.

5) Kickers are very important because a lot of people don’t realize they are actually responsible for a lot of points a week.

Follow my method and you will be sure to make some easy money in your league. You can thank me later.

Still Best in the World?

Yes he’s 34. Yes he’s in his seventeenth season. No he is not slowing down by any stretch of the imagine. LeBron James is aging like fine wine. With the Lakers sitting atop the Western Conference at 7-2 Lebron has a lot to do with the teams success. He is currently averaging 25 points, 11 assists, and 8 rebounds. Although no longer the offensive force he once was, he is still making a strong early push for the MVP race. Nine games into the season James has made his presence felt with three triple doubles already. Doubters and hate will always circle LeBron but right now he’s making a clear point that he still remains the “King” of the league.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
